Here's a really great way to make a mannequin stand , so you can turn our props easily into full standing static props for your Haunted House this Halloween. First go to your nearest Home Depot and get 2 - 8 ft long lengths of 1inch pvc - Next get 3- 1inch "T" connectors - Next get 4 - 1inch elbow connectors - Next get 2 - 1inch sleeve connectors. Next you'll need some screws I recommend a standard sheet metal screw 8 by 1-1/2 should be fine. Now the fun part begins!!! First you need to cut or saw the pvc pipe into proper sections. You need 6 sections that are 6 3/4 inches long. - Next you need 2 sections that is 15 inches long. - The left over pvc will be the vertical sections that depends on how high you want your mannequin stand to be. Ok now lets put it together, take each one of your "T"s and attach a 6 3/4 inch pvc piece to each end of the "T" leaving the middle hole open. - When you have all 3 "T"s sections the same, connect an elbow onto both ends of 2 of the "T" sections. - Now connect both "T" sections with there elbows, and the 2 - 15 inch long sections all together, thus forming a square or box. Now if you notice that you have 1 "T" section not yet used, yep thats right it connects to the other two "T"s in the middle. Ok so when you have it laying flat on the floor it should look like a pvc pipe in the shape of a square, with a pvc pipe running thru the middle with the hole in the middle "T" pointing straight up. If it looks like that then I recommend you screw the sections together for added stubility, so you can use it year after year in your Haunted House. Now for the vertical sections it simply depends on how tall you want your mannequin or how short of a mannequin you want. Lets say you have 60 inchs of 1 inch pvc left, I would cut it into 3 - 20 inch pieces, and put a pvc sleeve on the end of 2 of the 20 inch pieces. All of our Busts that we make and All of the Heads that we make have each a 1 inch pvc sleeve already built into the base of the neck or bust. So you can easily connect your 3 - 20 inch sections together and place any one of our busts or heads on to that and Now you have a Rotted Creepy Looking Mannequin that you can dress up and Really make it Scarry looking, and use it Year after Year in your Haunted House at Halloween time!!!
